Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
• Life and health licenses in PA preferred or required.
• Prior experience managing a diverse insurance book.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and coverage gaps for local clients.
• Develop and present tailored insurance packages.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with check-ins and policy reviews.
• Assist policyholders with claims guidance during stressful times.
• Collaborate with team to refine sales approaches.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions.
