Licensed agents (2-15, 2-20, 4-40) or ambitious salespeople can apply; we provide base pay $18.00 - $25.00/hour ($37,440 - $52,000) plus incentives and cross-sell commissions across P&C, Life, and Health. Total first-year earnings projected $55,000 - $85,000+.

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance license or intent to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
• Strong communication and phone-based sales abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales outreach and manage incoming leads for home, auto, health, life, and commercial insurance.

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00/hour ($37,440 - $52,000 base salary)

Role & Responsibilities:

For Licensed Agents (2-15, 2-20, 4-40):

• Conduct outbound sales outreach and manage incoming leads for home, auto, health, life, and commercial insurance.
• Evaluate client needs, provide quotes, compare policy coverages, and bind new accounts.
• Cross-sell existing policyholders to maximize client retention and account coverage.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Insurance License (2-15, 2-20, or 4-40) preferred, OR 1+ years of phone-based sales, telemarketing, hospitality, or customer service experience with a drive to obtain a state license.
• Strong communication skills and phone presence.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency.

Total Expected First-Year Earnings: $55,000 - $85,000+ (Base Salary + Sales Incentives/Commission)
