Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting commercial home or health insurance plans that meet needs and budget.
• Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions.
• Process applications for new policies, renewals, and policy modifications.
• Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service.
• Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations.
• Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance through the claims process.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-15, 2-20 or 4-40 license.
• Previous experience in commercial, health or P&C insurance sales or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to explain complex insurance terms in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
