Zusammenfassung

The Project Coordinator at the University of Minnesota will assist PIs in coordinating collaboration across 11 institutions, tracking milestones, and managing budgets. The role includes website maintenance, documentation management, and supporting conference abstract submissions.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA with several years of project coordination experience or an advanced degree with relevant work. Hybrid work is offered, with in-person duties at the Twin Cities East Bank campus.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree with at least four years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or a combination to equal at least eight years
• Experience in project organization
• Good communication skills
• Experience and excellence in working collaboratively and managing collaborators
• Working familiarity with worksheets, word editing, slide-making, websites authoring
• Willingness to learn and master new skills
• MS or STEM-related degree preferred

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cross-institutional project planning meetings with Executive Committee, Advisory Board, Ambassadors, and Evaluators.
• Monitor research project milestones and deliverables across institutions to ensure on-schedule results.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by project PIs
• Monitor project finances to support strategic resource allocation
• Coordinate design, launch, and maintenance of the project website to improve stakeholder communication and community engagement
