Job summary

The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a multi-institutional collaboration within the School of Physics and Astronomy. You will help manage meetings, track milestones, and maintain budgets and the project website.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with four years of relevant experience or advanced degree with two years of relevant experience, or a combination equal to eight years.
• Experience in project organization and coordination across multiple institutions.
• Solid communication skills and collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with worksheets, document editing, presentations, and basic website authoring.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaboration meetings with Executive Committee, Advisory Board, Ambassadors, and Evaluators.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables across institutions and project-wide products.
• Assist with tracking and managing project finances and budgets.
• Develop and maintain the project website and document repository.
• Support submission of abstracts and papers for conferences and workshops.
