The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in paint and drywall supervision, commercial construction, and multi‑family construction. They will also be well‑versed in quality control, site coordination, and field operations management.

Responsibilities

• 1. Overseeing all aspects of multi‑family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• 2. Supervising painting and drywall installation, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
• 3. Managing commercial construction operations, including the coordination of site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• 4. Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds the set standards.
• 5. Coordinating on‑site activities, including the scheduling of workers, delivery of materials, and resolution of any arising issues.
• 6. Utilizing project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and communicate effectively with the team.
• 7. Overseeing field operations, ensuring all activities adhere to OSHA regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multi‑family and commercial construction.
• 2. Proven experience in paint and drywall supervision.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of construction quality control measures and site coordination.
• 4. Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
• 5. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to promoting safety in the workplace.
• 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee a diverse team.
• 7. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make critical decisions under pressure.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
• 9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
