Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC in Aurora, CO seeks a Multi-Family Superintendent to lead on-site construction and manage subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Travel up to 75% locally is required; construction experience, particularly multifamily, is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, Procore and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and schedules.
• Determine material, subcontractor and labor requirements.
• Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of Camp employees, subcontractors, craftsmen, tradesmen and vendors to meet goals and standards.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare estimates and establish operations while following local codes.
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and contract compliance.
