Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Construction/Facilities Project Manager to drive project scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage procurement, and ensure client satisfaction while upholding safety and ADA/building code standards.

Responsibilities include drafting scopes of work, reviewing invoices, maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and guiding projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

• Research, create and recommend scopes of work, contractors, vendors and suppliers. All RFPs must be submitted to client within 72 hours.
• Coordinate and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval.
• Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date.
• Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel concerning all aspects of the project.

How You Will Contribute To Our TEAM

• Research, create and recommend scopes of work, contractors, vendors and suppliers. All RFPs must be submitted to client within 72 hours.
• Coordinate and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval.
• Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date.
• Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel which could be the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Regional Manager concerning all aspects of the project.
• Inspect all completed work to ensure quality control.
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained targeting a “Zero Incidents Today” mindset to include conducting and participating in safety meetings and programs.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective subcontractors.
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to agreed terms.
• Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
