Job summary

Suite Liv'n in Willmar, MN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for on-site work across our multi-family communities. You will complete resident work orders, support unit turns, and maintain property systems to ensure safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of general maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings, with ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general maintenance experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and support unit turns.
• Maintain the property’s infrastructure, common areas and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during in-unit maintenance visits and communicate professionally.
