HD Supply is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Multi-Family to lead an 8-person field sales team selling MRO and related products to apartment clients. You will drive base salary plus a monthly incentive, with tools provided (laptop/tablet, cell phone) and expense coverage. Territory includes Columbus and Dayton, OH.

You will manage sales strategies, coach a team, and work with cross-functional partners to meet or exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Experience in business-to-business sales.
• Experience with consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to evaluate talent, build and coach a sales team.
• Experience with a large product lines portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement sales processes and strategies to drive revenue in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute sales programs and customer retention initiatives.
• Forecast, plan and report on sales activities and pricing tactics.
• Spend substantial time in the field engaging with customers and partners.
• Develop and coach direct reports and field reps to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to optimize market share.
