The role focuses on increasing market share, driving revenue growth, and delivering customer satisfaction within the Columbus and Dayton territories. The position offers a base salary plus a monthly incentive, plus equipment such as a laptop/tablet and cell phone.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; typically 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in lead sales, B2B sales, and managing a sales team.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools; ability to analyze sales data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field representatives (8) to sell MRO and related products to multi-family customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to meet targets.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales performance and pricing tactics.
• Spends significant time in the field, engaging customers and resolving issues.
• Coach and develop direct reports for career growth and sales success.
• Manage territory development and customer retention programs.
