You will work closely with field teams, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors, balancing technical details with the big picture of budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in mechanical construction or a closely related construction environment.
• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Experience managing larger-scale, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, including schedule, budget, scope, documentation, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Serve as a trusted client-facing point of contact while delivering a high-touch, professional customer experience.
• Lead larger, more complex projects while identifying issues early and driving proactive solutions.
• Spend approximately one week per month in the field to support project visibility, field operations, and job-site coordination.
• Maintain strong communication, accountability, and decision-making when project challenges arise.
