Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential tenants through online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with the rental process and required documents.
• Conduct screenings including background and credit checks.
• Coordinate lease terms and rental agreements with owners/managers.
• Ensure leases comply with Fair Housing regulations and local laws.
• Coordinate move-in processes and lease signings.
• Address tenant concerns with excellent service.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and showings.
• Stay informed on market trends and rental demand.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop leasing campaigns.
