Job summary

Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Green Building Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from design through construction and closeout, guiding clients and internal teams through green building programs, documentation workflows, energy modeling, and incentive requirements.

The ideal candidate has direct experience with green building or energy efficiency programs and can coordinate clients, project teams, schedules, budgets, and multiple priorities. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• 1–2 years with HERS Ratings, ENERGY STAR, LEED, Passive House or similar programs.
• Working knowledge of green building program requirements and doc processes.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in CM, architecture, building science, engineering, or 5+ years in building trades.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and technical project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; valid U.S. driver’s license; work authorization

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily projects from design through closeout to meet program, budget and performance goals.
• Coordinate clients, project teams, schedules and multiple priorities.
• Review energy models, plans and specs for quality and alignment with programs.
• Manage documentation workflows for ENERGY STAR, LEED, Passive House, and other programs.
• Oversee project schedules, scopes, budgets, billing milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in site visits and mentor junior team members.
