Job summary

Resource Innovations is hiring a Multi-Family Property Project Manager in California to lead the Southern Multifamily Whole Building Program. You will oversee common-area energy efficiency projects across multiple properties, coordinating with subcontractors, property managers, asset managers, and trade allies to ensure program requirements, timelines, and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 4 years of related experience in project coordination, property management, or related field.
• Must be able and willing to commute to RI's Santa Fe Springs office.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and project-tracking tools/databases.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage common-area energy efficiency projects for the Southern Multifamily Whole Building Program.
• Coordinate project activities across multifamily properties from initiation through completion.
• Partner with subcontractors, property management, asset managers, and trade allies.
• Ensure projects comply with program requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor project documentation, invoicing, and billing procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Help deliver energy-saving improvements that reduce utility costs for renters and property owners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for participating properties and project partners.
• Identify and resolve project issues to keep work progressing on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned.
