Job summary

Novant Health PNRT RNs provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple units within a defined market. They rotate to care for patients in at least three facilities—Greater Charlotte or Greater Winston-Salem—and serve as mentors while adapting to evolving workflows.

RNs must hold an active compact license in the correct state, possess ADN with BSN preferred, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Must be able to work in at least 3 facilities within the defined market (Greater Charlotte or Greater Winston-Salem).
