Job summary

Novant Health's PNRT RNs provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple facilities within the Greater Winston-Salem market. They rotate units to meet patient needs and collaborate with diverse teams to maintain high standards of care.

These RNs are experienced in medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, behavioral health, ED or women's services, with ADN required and BSN preferred. Current state licensure and department-specific competencies are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year/Associates degree required; BSN preferred.
• Two years of experience in eligible specialties.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state; facility-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple facilities.
• Serve as a consultant and mentor to clinical nurses.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to maintain standards.
• Adapt care for age-related patient needs and participate in competency testing.
