Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PNRT Local Resource Team in Wilmington, NC. You will rotate across Med/Surg, Tele, CCU, ED, and Women's units to meet patient care needs within participating facilities.

As an experienced RN, you will mentor peers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold clinical standards while adapting to different units and schedules. This part-time role emphasizes safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Two consecutive years in defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's) required.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state required.
• NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire (Emergency/Behavioral Health) required.
• Specialty Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and computer literacy; ability to interpret information and tailor care by age.
• Cardiac dysrhythmia test or course within 3 months of hire; NIH Stroke Scale certification on hire.
• Specialty certification within two years of hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units within the Local Resource Team.
• Serve as a reliable consultant and mentor to clinical nurses and share lessons across teams.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to advance nursing practice across Novant Health.
