Job summary

Novant Health’s PNRT RN program places Registered Nurses across multiple units within the Greater Charlotte market to ensure continuous high-quality patient care. RNs are assigned to at least three facilities within the market to meet patient needs.

Candidates should have an ADN (2-year) with BSN preferred, two consecutive years in Med-Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's, and current compact licensure in the appropriate state. NIH Stroke Scale certification on hire is valued.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 2 consecutive years in defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's) required.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state required.
• Facility-specific training in restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire; NIH Stroke Scale certification on hire.
