Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid attention to detail and proactive professionalism.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Clear communication and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly accounting functions for multiple portfolio businesses.
• Complete AR reporting and manage collections.
• Post daily banking transactions and handle AP duties.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and maintain GL accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review tax-related documents and reports.
