Crossroadsstaffing is seeking an enthusiastic Staff Accountant in Malibu, CA, to handle full cycle Accounts Payable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments. The role involves reconciling multiple entities, including trusts and LLCs, and maintaining accurate records.

The candidate will manage 1099 preparation, vendor inquiries, and coding of transactions in QuickBooks, with emphasis on accuracy and timely financial reporting. This is an on-site position in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Accounting or similar.
• 2+ yrs of full cycle accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Advanced Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

Responsabilités

• Perform full cycle Accounts Payable including invoice processing and payments.
• Reconcile credit card and general ledger across multiple entities including trusts and LLCs.
• Prepare 1099s and vendor management.
• Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
