The Corporate Accounting Manager at NorthPoint Search Group will oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple entities using QuickBooks, handling full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.

This hands-on role requires precision, timely deliverables, and the ability to review simple contracts, working closely with ownership in a small, collaborative Sandy Springs office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience managing accounting across multiple entities.
• Expertise in QuickBooks.
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting for multiple entities.
• Own the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee reconciliations.
• Work within QuickBooks to ensure clean books.
• Review contracts and support basic compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership for financial insights.
