• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• GAAP knowledge and strong QuickBooks proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities and general accounting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for all entities.
• Maintain QuickBooks files and ensure data integrity across entities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external CPAs for tax preparation and audits.
