Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in real estate or multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• CAM reconciliation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities.
• Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings.
• Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants.
• Coordinate with brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials.
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems.
