Job summary

Regenified is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to run day-to-day finance for US and UK entities, covering the monthly close, AR, AP, payroll coordination, and leadership reporting.

The role is broad and unboxed; you will own the books end-to-end, clean QuickBooks Online and Ramp data, coordinate Deel payroll, and work with auditors. CPA preferred; strong written communication essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in accounting with full close ownership.
• CPA license required or active CPA status.
• Strong written communication with non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run month-end close for US & UK entities with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Own Accounts Receivable end-to-end: invoicing and collections.
• Process Accounts Payable, run payment cycles, vendor queries.
• Coordinate payroll through Deel and ensure accurate, timely processing in both jurisdictions.
• Keep QuickBooks clean and current; maintain chart of accounts and coding.
• Administer expense management in Ramp, code receipts and ensure policy compliance.
• Produce monthly management reporting and variance analysis against budget.
• Support budgeting/re-forecasting with reliable inputs and actuals.
• Prepare schedules for external tax advisors and auditors; assist compliance filings.
• Take on ad hoc finance projects, system improvements, pricing or cost analysis.
