Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in engineering or construction project management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• PE or Architect license (or pursuing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact from proposal through construction
• Lead multi-discipline teams across design, permitting, and construction
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure success
• Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear project documentation
• Drive QA/QC processes and ensure high-quality project outcomes
