Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Electrical discipline.
• PE registration is required or alternate certification acceptable.
• 12+ years of relevant MEP experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as Engineer of Record on projects and ability to manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and lifecycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, participate in budgeting, scheduling and staff management.
• Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects with oversight.
• Coordinate project design, contracts, and vendor communication.
• Prepare reports, bid documents and project proposals.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct technical trainings.
