Job summary

H-E-B in Spring, Texas is seeking a Cross-Functional Representative to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers, process orders, and support product selection across multiple departments, including bakery, floral, grocery, and more.

You will work a flexible schedule, perform stocking, rotation, merchandising, loading/unloading, and help maintain displays while adhering to store SOPs and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in H-E-B Store operations.
• Knowledge of store systems (Symbol, ACR, label machine).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to duties across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection.
• Stock, rotate, merchandize, and support across multiple departments.
• Assist with inventory control, price labeling, and displays.
• Operate with store SOPs and food safety standards.
• Support through cross-functional duties and perform as a checker when needed.
