Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learns and assists multiple departments including Operations, Safety, Driver Recruiting, and Analytics.
• Provides feedback on process improvements and backfills supervisory duties when needed.
• Coaches and assigns work, handles employee relations, and trains staff.
• Travels to learn and support other locations and learns to supervise as required.
• Maintains positive work relationships and adheres to attendance expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
