Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in transportation planning, customer service, asset management, and load planning.
• Learn how freight moves from pickup to delivery and the role of operations.
• Shadow and train with professionals in operations, sales, and procurement.
• Learn about driver relations, fleet operations, and contract management.
• Develop an understanding of Department of Transportation regulations and industry compliance.
• Participate in meaningful projects that contribute to business success.
• Build relationships with mentors committed to your professional growth.
• Explore additional departments, including Driver Recruiting, Accounting, Fleet Management, Safety, Sales, and Pricing.
