Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• YMCA Program Director or related experience preferred.
• Ability to relate well to children and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to pass various background checks.

• Direct and supervise activities to meet community needs.
• Hire and train qualified staff.
