Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain production machinery and systems in a GMP-driven food manufacturing environment. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic areas.

The role requires reading schematics, performing PMs, and supporting ammonia refrigeration and SAP documentation. The successful candidate will work 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule in Manchester, TN.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician in food manufacturing.
Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing or related training.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation.
Proficiency with SAP or similar maintenance/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed records of activities.
Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics and drawings.
Identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
Work with PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
Ensure GMP compliance and safe operation in a food manufacturing environment.
