Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Prattville, AL is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a new, highly automated food plant. You’ll maintain electrical and mechanical systems, perform PMs, diagnose root causes, coach operators, and contribute to capital projects.

This role requires 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, high school diploma or GED, and multi-craft skills. Be prepared for rotating shifts, including nights, on-site with a safety-first team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance.
• Multi-craft skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot independently and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Complete PMs on time and to standard, document work orders in ERP.
• Coach operators on equipment care and setup.
• Support installation and testing of new equipment on capital projects.
• Participate in shift start meetings and asset care reviews.
