Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a new, highly automated food manufacturing plant in Prattville, AL. You will support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment across rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
You will learn modern systems, solve root causes, coach operators, assist with capital projects, and uphold 5S and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; AAS or technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance.
- Multi-craft skills on electrical and mechanical.
- Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant, including nights.
- Ability to troubleshoot to root cause.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Committed to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment (electrical and mechanical).
- Complete PMs on time and to standard.
- Identify root causes using structured problem solving (5 Whys).
- Coach operators on equipment care and machine setup.
- Install, commission, and test new equipment on capital projects.
- Document work orders and completions in the ERP system.
- Participate in shift start meetings and asset care reviews and contribute to line improvements.
