3M in New Ulm, MN is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and improve equipment reliability and product quality. You will work with diverse teams, read complex drawings, and apply safety-focused practices on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent plus five years of maintenance experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs (US customary and SI).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine root causes of equipment failures.
• Improve reliability, uptime, and product quality through data analysis.
• Apply electrical power distribution knowledge per drawings and specs.
• Read and follow engineering prints and vendor diagrams.
