3M is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will work with various machine tools, perform repairs, install equipment, and support plant operations across shifts.

The role requires a technical degree and experience in maintenance, with weekend/holiday availability and overtime as needed. A strong safety mindset and ability to document daily work are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or higher in a maintenance-related field.
• Weekend, holiday and overtime availability.
• Ability to work fixed 2nd or 3rd shift or provide shift coverage on short notice.
• Four years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
• Repair and maintain plant equipment per blueprints or verbal instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjustments on production equipment.
• Ensure safe, orderly work area and comply with safety rules.
