Ideal candidates have strong electrical/mechanical skills, experience reading drawings, and a foundation in safe work practices. The role includes rotating 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience reading mechanical or electrical drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial equipment.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance reliability and minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, including labor hours and findings.
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
