Job summary

Finney Hospitality Group is seeking experienced General Managers to lead restaurant operations across multiple Indiana concepts, including Social Cantina, The Tap, and Yogi's. You will own day-to-day operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

We empower leaders with autonomy, scheduling control, and opportunities to move between locations. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in high-volume, full-service environments and strong people development skills.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required; General Manager or comparable leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, labor, inventory, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a strong management team and hourly staff while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
• Oversee sales, profitability, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and other key operational metrics.
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations.
• Identify opportunities for employees to grow within Finney Hospitality Group (FHG).
• Provide leadership to strengthen restaurant performance and take initiative for improvements.
• Develop relationships with guests, local businesses, and community partners to support success.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, compliance, safety, and operational standards while supporting a healthy work environment.
• Partner with operations leadership and support teams to share ideas and solve challenges.
