Qualifications

• Previous restaurant kitchen leadership experience required.
• Experience as Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH role preferred.
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and labor management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BOH team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop BOH team members.
• Maintain a positive, accountable kitchen culture and provide coaching.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain strong kitchen staff.
• Set clear expectations and deliver consistent feedback.
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and execution during service.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
