A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our busy Accounting Team. You will manage vendor invoices across about 27 affiliated companies, ensure proper approvals, post to GL, and keep meticulous records.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across multiple entities. We value organization, accuracy, and clear communication with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple companies, priorities, and deadlines

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices across ~27 affiliated companies with accuracy and timeliness
• Review invoices for proper approvals, supporting docs, and GL coding
• Process weekly check runs, ACHs, wires, and direct debits
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s and payment information
• Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payments and questions
• Assist with month-end close and ensure invoices post to correct period
• Support audits with AP documentation
