Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and certify potential residents while maintaining high occupancy.
• Collect rent and manage payments for the site.
• Supervise property site staff and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to resident concerns and enforce lease terms and safety codes.
• Coordinate vendor services for property upkeep.
