Thies & Talle Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain five MN communities (Albertville, Buffalo, Delano, Monticello) including apartments, grounds, and common areas. Duties include turnover maintenance and repairs across appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The role requires on-call availability, attention to detail, and customer service skills. Wage depends on experience; excellent benefits and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with appliance repair, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, common building systems, and grounds; ensure units are rent-ready.
• Perform appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• On-call duties and emergency response within designated area.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and turnover of units.
