Planet Fitness is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to lead multiple locations and drive top-tier member experiences. You will direct club managers, uphold brand standards, and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, staffing, and maintenance goals.

In this role, you will mentor leadership teams, optimize operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment across all clubs. Strong communication and a track record in developing talent are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environments.
• Ability to travel between locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits, operational walkthroughs, and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist with succession planning and career development.
• Address performance issues promptly and work with leadership and HR for corrective action.
• Ensure clubs operate according to Planet Fitness policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor daily operations, staffing levels, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and club execution.
• Reinforce the Judgment Free Zone and monitor member feedback to drive satisfaction.
• Establish and monitor sales goals, analyze performance, and drive membership growth.
• Ensure proper staffing, onboarding, and training; maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Monitor maintenance, safety, and facility standards; ensure timely repairs and inspections.
• Drive profitability through cost control and process improvements.
