Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a Multi-Club Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple Planet Fitness locations. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience while maintaining profitability, staff development, and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach Club Managers, manage budgeting and staffing, and drive membership growth across all clubs, ensuring consistency in service, cleanliness, and safety. Flexible leadership and travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between multiple Planet Fitness locations and work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits and leadership meetings to ensure standards are met.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen leadership with succession planning.
• Monitor club operations, staffing, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure brand standards.
• Drive member experience and address feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead sales and membership growth efforts through coaching and strategy development.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training to ensure high performance and compliance.
