Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple clubs. You will oversee operations, staffing, and the execution of Planet Fitness standards to deliver exceptional member experiences while driving profitability.

In this role you will mentor Club Managers, manage performance, coach teams, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence across all locations. This is a full-time on-site leadership position requiring travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environment.
• Strong leadership and development capabilities for multi-location teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned Planet Fitness locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple sites.
• Set expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, and facility standards.
• Drive member experience, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
