Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for multiple Planet Fitness locations. You will ensure exceptional member experiences while achieving standards for sales, staffing, cleanliness, customer service, training, maintenance, and profitability.

You will serve as a key leader between senior leadership and club management teams, developing Club Managers and Assistant Managers, ensuring consistent execution of Planet

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel between assigned Planet Fitness locations.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits, operational walkthroughs, and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist with succession planning and career development.
• Address performance issues promptly and work with leadership and HR on corrective action.
