Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for multiple Planet Fitness locations. This role ensures clubs deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving sales, staffing, cleanliness, and profitability standards.

You will develop Club Managers and Assistant Managers, hold leadership teams accountable, and ensure consistent execution of Planet Fitness standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for clubs.
• Conduct regular club visits and leadership meetings to ensure standards.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Drive sales growth, oversee scheduling, staffing, and safety compliance.
