Job summary

Autonomize AI in Austin is seeking a CloudOps / Site Reliability Engineer to own a scalable, secure multi-cloud platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will drive infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, and resilient architectures to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include managing SLAs/SLOs, incident response, and implementing robust security controls while collaborating with product and security teams. This is a hands-on build role with high ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/CloudOps with production-grade infra
• Proven multi-cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong CI/CD with automated rollbacks and canary deployments
• Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration
• Secure cloud architectures, RBAC/IAM, secrets management
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go

Responsibilities

• Design and manage highly available, scalable infra across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Build deployment workflows using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
• Own automated delivery pipelines for infra and apps across staging and production
• Define and uphold SLAs/SLOs; incident management and blameless postmortems
• Implement and harden security controls for HIPAA, SOC2, zero-trust
• Deploy and maintain monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
• Create runbooks and diagrams; drive continuous improvement
• Support AI platform installations at customer deployments
