Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist (Float) to greet clients, support front-desk operations, and ensure a smooth check-in across regional clinics. You will be cross-trained to support multiple locations and may travel to assigned sites as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with home base in Columbia Portland. Compensation is $19.39 per hour, plus a retention bonus of $1,000.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with agency-required minimum automobile coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism at arrival.
• Manage check-in/check-out, appointment confirmations, and daily schedules.
• Verify and update insurance and demographic information at visits.
• Collect co-pays and process financial paperwork (sliding fee scale, patient assistance).
• Answer phones courteously and route calls/messages.
• Monitor lobby and waiting area for welcoming, timely experience.
• Travel to multiple Compass Health clinic sites in the region as assigned.
