Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinic Manager Float to lead operations across multiple clinics, ensuring patient care quality, smooth workflows, and a well-supported team. The role spans staffing, budgets, compliance, and provider coordination as the daily operational partner to clinicians.

This exempt-level manager floats to clinics as needed due to vacancies, leaves, openings, or special projects, with travel between sites and occasional after-hours work to sustain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare management or supervision, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Specialty or surgical practice experience preferred; urology a plus.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple clinic locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to clinics in need, providing management coverage during vacancies or staffing shortages.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and facility needs.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff; approve timekeeping.
• Manage clinic budget, supplies, and staffing; monitor expenses.
• Maintain provider licensure, credentialing records, and templates.
• Resolve patient complaints and improve scheduling to reduce wait times.
